Thorough

Evaluation

An evaluation can be completed in your home. It will include background

questions about your child and your concerns,  a full physical therapy assessment disguised as play, and a written report.

Individualized

Care Plan

If it is determined that physical therapy will be beneficial for your child, an individual care plan will be created based on your child's needs and your family's goals.

Play-Based

Treatment

Treatment sessions will be scheduled in your child's natural setting. They will be play-based to engage your child while he or she works hard to achieve his or her goals.

Therapy sessions can be provided in any natural setting that works best for your child and family (at therapist's discretion): in your home, in caregiver’s home, at a playground, and many other possibilities.

Short term PT is also available to support students' motor skills between the Extended School Year (ESY) and the beginning of the new school year.
